CHAMPION OF THE YEAR 2023 RECAP

Well, folks, the Friday the 13th superstition didn't stand a chance when it came to our Champion of the Year Gala on October 13th – it was an absolute smash hit! 🌟 We shared laughs, happy tears, and unforgettable moments that warmed our hearts. Our champion candidates were on fire, raising over $30,000 in total!

A huge round of applause goes to our incredible winning team, Bri and Ben, who went above and beyond, raising an impressive $10,900. You two are rockstars! 🎸🌟

All of our Champion Candidates worked so hard to raise money and awareness for Best Buddies Delaware. HUGE shout outs to Maggie & Val, Ken & Brandon, Sade, Robbie, and Bri & Ben.

We can't thank you enough for being such vital parts of this fantastic night. Together, we celebrated, we achieved, and we created lifelong memories. Here's to an amazing gala, and we can't wait to see what the future holds for our Best Buddies Delaware community! 🥂🎉

Get ready to lace up those sneakers and bring out your inner superstar because the Best Buddies Delaware Friendship Walk is back, and it's going to be epic! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ Mark your calendars for April 27th at 10 AM, and get ready to join us at the legendary Frawley Stadium (where the Bluerocks play!) Last year was a blast as we shared the Best Buddies mission with our incredible schools, families, and supporters. But hold on to your hats because this year, we're cranking up the fun, and it's going to be the biggest and best Friendship Walk yet! 🎉

Start brainstorming those team names, gather your friends, family, and anyone else who's up for some friendship-fueled action, and don't forget to save the date. This is an event you won't want to miss, and we can't wait to see you all there, ready to make a difference and have a ton of fun while doing it.
